@SignetTrade Due to continued growth, Signet Trade Supply Ltd have an opening for a full time Internal Sales Advisor.

This is a permanant position based in our Barnsley office, Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm with an hour for lunch.

The role is office based and applicants will be expected to carry out the following duties:

Answering the telephone in a professional manner
Assisting customers with their enquiries
Dealing with incoming enquiries whether by email, telephone or face to face,
Produce, process and follow up quotations
Place purchase orders and liaise with suppliers on a daily basis
Proactive and reactive telephone sales
Attend training and development relevant to the job role
General admin duties including filing and post
Light lifting, manual handling and warehouse duties

The Candidate:

Full clean UK driving License
Polite with good communication skills
Able to work as part of a small but busy team
Previous customer service experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
The ability to make outgoing sales calls as part of a structured sales strategy
