JNS (a Japanese bearing manufacture specialized in needle roller bearings) has released industry’s first corrosion resistant STAINLESS STEEL needle roller bearings.
These bearings are applied in medical, food, packaging, fiber and chemical equipment as well as in other places where high corrosion resistance is required.
Since the outer ring, inner ring and the rollers are made from Martensite stainless steel, high precision in machining is achieved.
The stainless types are available in the same sizes as the standard types.
As an example of recommendation:
Stainless Steel type needle bearings will be the best choice for those customers who are using stainless ball type bearings and looking for the corrosion resistant and compact bearings with higher load capacity.
