NEW ISOTS 16949:2009 CERTIFICATION FOR IMA CUSCINETTI-ITALY
IMA CUSCINETTI is glad to inform you that its factory Ningbo Tongli Bearings in Cixi, Zheijang, China was certified ISOTS 16949:2009. The certification was issued by the prestigious French agency Bureau Veritas in March, 2014.
Tongli Bearings plant is developed over an area of 100,000 square meters (of which 50,000 indoor), it has a capacity of 180 million pieces/year and it is equipped with the most modern production systems and highly qualified staff. It is specialized in the production of small and medium sized ball and roller bearings for industry and automobiles. It has about 600 workers.
Our Story
IMA Cuscinetti SpA is an active reality on the world market of industrial bearings, both high precision and for automobiles.
Born in Turin in 1994. Over the years it develops innovative business strategies and acquires new plants in Europe and Asia, specializing in the manufacture and assembly of wheel hubs, belt tensioner and wheel kits for all manufacturers.
The current production is led by three groups of plants in China, characterized by advanced manufacturing technologies, with a total volume of over 250 million pieces per year from 3 mm to 6 meters in diameter.
