Self-aligning ball bearing
Characteristic:
Self-Aligning ball bearing is round balls in two races that inner ring and outer ring whose race is spherical.
1. Self-aligning ball bearings can be automatically compensated coaxially error due to shaft deflection and shell deformation.
2. Self-aligning ball bearings mainly withstand pure radial load, can take a little axial load at the same time support radial load, usually not used to bear pure axial load, if must take pure axial load, only stress in single row ball.
3. The inner, outer ring relative inclination not more than 3 degrees.
4. Self-aligning ball bearings is widely used to take heavy load and shock load, precision instruments, low noise motor, automobile, motorcycle, metallurgy, rolling mill, mine, oil, papermaker, cement, sugar industry etc.
