Multi row tapered roller bearing
Characteristic:
Tapered roller bearings consist of four basic components including the inner ring , the outer ring, tapered rollers, and a cage (roller retainer). Tapered roller bearings are designed such that their conical rollers and raceways are arranged so that all elements of the roller and raceway cones meet at a common apex on the bearing axis. The rollers are guided by the contact between the large end of the roller and the rib on the inner ring.
Tapered roller bearings consisting of inner ring with roller and cage assembly can be mounted separately from the cup. The projection lines of all the tapered surfaces meet at a common point on the main axis of the bearing. The rollers are guided by the cone (inner ring) back-face rib. The design of tapered roller bearing can support a combined radial and axial load. The larger the half angles of these cones, the larger the axial force that the bearing can sustain.
Tapered roller bearings mainly burden the joint load from radial and shaft side. This kind of bearings has strong load capability. It belongs to separated bearing; its inner components and outer components can be equipped individually .
