We are pleased to announce that Bowman International Ltd have developed a new range of rolled bearings – the BowMet® range – manufactured with ToughMet® material from Materion®. This new range has outstanding bearing properties which give massively increased loading, heat, speed and corrosion capabilities as well as a much longer lifespan.
With an ultimate tensile strength of 860 N/mm² and a static load capability of 820 N/mm², the BowMet® range can carry higher loads and enable higher speeds than ANY existing sleeve bearings on the market. What all of this means to you is better reliability, reduced down time, longer maintenance cycles, lower maintenance costs and ultimately fewer warranty claims .
There are no restrictions with respect to quantity, and we are able to swiftly quote and produce one-off specials to high volume runs with minimal tooling costs.
