New Line of Motor Products Released

Standard Motor Products Inc. (SMP) announced their addition of 109 new part numbers to the Standard® and Intermotor® lines. The release spans 24 product categories and expands coverage through the 2017 model year with more than 61 million VIO.

With this release, Standard has expanded their sensor line with the introduction of 61 new sensors, with 27 accelerator pedal, 12 vehicle speed and 12 anti-lock braking system speed sensors. This expansion covers more than 26 million VIO.

Standard has also added 26 switches that cover over 15 million VIO. Some of these switches include headlight, ignition starter, power window, windshield wiper switches and more. The release also includes 10 transmission control solenoids, 8 vacuum pumps and 2 variable valve timing components.
